September 27th, 2011 Alleged Victim Hasnaa Evans Tells the Truth
In the Dr. Malachi York case, there were many people who not only gave a recantation of their testimony, there were people that made sworn affidavits stating from the beginning that Dr. York never did anything wrong, illegal , immoral, illicit, or against their will. One such person was Hasnaa Evans.
On April 17, 2004 A.D., Ms. Evans made a video stating that Dr. York never molested her or ANYONE that she knows. At the time, Ms. Evans was 18 years old. If you didn’t know, Ms. Evans, along with her sister Husna, are the daughters of long time Dr. York supporter Noble Anthony Evans who maintains to this day Dr. York’s innocence.
Here is what Ms. Evans says on the video:
“Hi. My name is Hasnaa Evans. It’s April 17, 2004. Um, I’m 18 at, right now. I did this out of my own free will No they didn’t give me any drugs or anything. I was named as an alleged victim in the case. And um, Malachi York is innocent. He never molested me or anyone that I know of…”
To give you a little background on Hasnaa Evans, she was one of the alleged victims named in the false allegations against Dr. York. Hasnaa and her sister, along with three other minors, were taken into custody of the Georgia Department of Family and Children Services on May 8, 2002 A.D. In July of that same year, ALL five children were released back to the custody of their parents after juvenile court Judge Spivey ruled that NONE of the five children had been molested in anyway.
Despite all of this, Hasnaa was named as a victim in the false allegation against Dr. York and Dr. York was ultimately convicted for alleged crimes that didn’t occur! This is why supporters of Dr. York like Hasnaa Evans and Noble Anthony Evans fight for the freedom of Dr. York.
