There’s a expression that states, “If you’re not part of the solution, than you’re part of the problem.”
The problem is an innocent man ( Malachi K. York) is incarcerated in a maximum security prison for 135 years for charges he is innocent of. Those charges were child molestation and racketeering. No evidence has ever been presented of guilt. Also, witnesses recanted their story.
The solution is to free him from this bondage of justice.
Now the question remains are you going to part of the problem of the solution?
I and many like myself have made a decision to be part of the solution. We are going to do all that is legally necessary to free Malachi K. York from this gross miscarriage of justice.
What about you? The next time you sit down in the comforts of you home and kiss your children good night, think how your freedom can be taken away in the blink of an eye on some trumped up charges. What would you want people to do to secure your freedom?
