Now you’re on the right page! To get the facts and nothing but the facts. To begin with there has been much controversy about Dr. Malachi Kobina York, also know as Dr. Malachi Z. York. A case that started out in the small town of Eatonton, Ga. about some zoning violations, that has now gone viral and is now world wide. All by the effort of one corrupt sheriff by the name Howard Richard Sills and an attorney who has since became a judge. At the time he was an attorney he who had prior dealings with the York Family. Therefore as a judge was bias and prejudice and was asked to recuse himself but he declined.
No matter what games they try to play in the end we come out on top. As for this case, they play with Dr. York’s diplomatic status or Liberian citizenship. They had to agree that he is in fact a career Consul General appointed to post by the then elect president in 1999 December 15th. That date is not enough because Dr. York took an oath of allegiance to a foreign government, not on or in 1999 but in fact 1997 A.D.
With that said, they tried to deceive the Liberian government stating well he committed the crimes before he was appointed to diplomatic post. That is what the U.S. State Department said to Congressman Hank Johnson, by their statements. They are declaring that they accept the fact that on December 15, 1999 A.D., Dr. York was appointed by the Liberian government, 2 years after he took the oath and on November 26, 1999 A.D. Dr. York was an official Liberian citizen.
So now they have three dates to deal with, we have all the legal documentation to confirm each. Now in order for them to make claim, ‘them’ being the U.S. State Department “Well Mr. York became a diplomat after the crimes were committed, so we don’t have to repatriate him”.
First things first, so you accept that he was a diplomat on December 15, 1999 A.D. That is said and done for the record and that takes them back to the oath of 1997 A.D. Dr. York had to take an oath to first be accepted as a citizen and in 1999 a diplomat. With that being said, the USA agreed Dr. York is a diplomat, full diplomatic immunity as of 1999 and lost US citizenship by the oath as of 1997.
Question: What was the name of the person who lost his U.S. citizenship by taking an oath in 1997, what was his legal name? Did he travel to Liberia on a passport? What name?
Answer: Right “Issa Al Haadi Al Mahdi” U.S. passport. Yes, we still have it. Then he had his name legally changed from that to what? Malachi York! See the new passport U.S. issued, now what name was on the warrant issued to arrest the person in the state of Georgia misnomer (Dwight York). That means the warrants were not legal. You can’t issue a warrant to a wrong name. And nowhere on the state case are the right names spelled. They added many names as a.k.a.’s but none were spelled right. No Issa Al Haadi Al Mahdi, or Malachi York which is on the U.S. issued passport.
But even if they make these claims, they don’t have any exact dates on the case or crimes, not exact dates only between ______? To 2002 A.D. So they have no dates of crime and more. Ages and places don’t match up, yet with all that being worked out they have no way around it; the violations on the federal holiday on January 18th,2004 A.D., the late Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s birthday.
Only a chief judge can order court open on a federal holiday and C. Ashley Royal was not a chief judge in 2003-2004, so he cannot hold open court on January 18th, a federal legal holiday, during that day of the trial on the court transcripts. It is right there, he was informed and asked and he said on court record ”I don’t care“!!

While than however I came across this website and so
I thought just let me meditate on that.Becauze it’s all good to know that knowledge is power ,so 4 real that’s a fact but besides that to get know about da roots that my father who borned and raised in the Island of Curacao,on the land that’s called Amexem ,there where some of the olmecs nubian people like the so-called black Arawaks used to live besides that’s also in my father’s dna.while as a matter fact he married with a white woman who suposed to be my mother in other words a so-called Canaanite woman.They live in the netherlands ,europe ,where I’d been raised as still nowadays I reside separated from them .Because I live on a training room ,separated in an apartment where the y got their so-called control team staff next downstair across the right side from the apartments where the rest of the residents live .so that’s that,
